Yes! If you wish to have your purchase insured with a tracking number, please choose the upgraded shipping option. Failure to do so means that your package is not insured and StrangeRains will not be held responsible for any failed or lost deliveries. This is an extremely rare event (have not had an issue since we opened shop) but is always a possibility when it comes to the shipping of ANY product. Should you decline the upgraded shipping option, there is nothing StrangeRains can do to expedite or locate your package once delivered. We thank you in advance for your understanding.

If you declined the upgrade in shipping, we have about as much information as you do. Without the upgrade in shipping - we have no way to locate your parcel. All we can do is reassure you that it is in its way and suggest patience.
